These are great! One correction (which you may already be aware of: the 1983 NL is listed on the card as Andre Dawson when it's s actually a picture of Ernie Banks. The checklist card does correctly list the card as Banks. Keep this coming!
That was an earlier work-in-progress version. I must've mixed them up when making the checklist version. I fixed it now. Thanks for the heads up and thank you for the kind words.
Hi there - I love what you're doing. I was considering making some custom cards using TV images and set designs. I've read the fine print on the TV eBay listings, and it seems the claim all most all usage rights in perpetuity, even if one actually buys the image. It gave me some pause - have you ever looked into this? In any event, I love looking at these, and you've done a great job.
I have absolutely no claim to the images nor the design of these cards. I just post them online for my own entertainment. I do not sell them, although have seen some unscrupulous people selling the cards I have made for this blog on eBay. I asked them to stop and, thankfully, they did.
Yeah - I've seen some custom jobs on eBay posted not by the creator, but by someone who downloaded them from the creator's site. DK if they were your's or not. When I said I was considering making some of my own, I was admittedly being a bit cagey - I didn't know if you had some sort or arrangement with Topps. So, now that we cleared that up, here's a link to a page I have that tries to create a true 1978 Topps set using both original Topps '78 cards and my own custom jobs. Like I said, love your work and I'll keep checking back to see what's new.
